Hazrat Sufi Sah Mohammad Hanif Qadri Mujibi Taeghi passed away on 20th December 1987 (3rd Jama-di-Awwal 1407 Hijri). Renowned as one of the most pious Sufis in the region, he was admired for his humility and polite nature. He dedicated his life to spreading spiritual teachings and guided people toward closeness to Allah, embracing all individuals without discrimination of religion, caste, or belief.
He was deeply rooted in the Sufi tradition and received his Ijazah from Khanqah Taeghia Sirkanhi Sharif. His spiritual legacy is associated with several esteemed Sufi orders, including Qadria, Mujibia, Qandaria, Taeghia, Munemia, and others, highlighting his profound knowledge and contributions to Sufism. The shrine of Hazrat Sufi Sahab is situated at the heart of Bathnaha Sharif, Sadiquepur, Kanti, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. It stands as a center of spiritual inspiration and attracts countless devotees seeking blessings and guidance.
Every year in May, the Urs of Hazrat Sufi Sah Mohammad Hanif Qadri Mujibi Taeghi is celebrated with devotion, drawing disciples and devotees from across the country.
